Here is an instruction of how to perform hard reset and soft reset on Galaxy V Plus. If your Galaxy V Plus is running too slow or getting an issue, hard reset or soft reset might resolve the problem. Hard reset erase all your file so please try to make a back up file before resetting your device to its factory settings. Plus we recommend to perform soft reset first to resolve the issue. The problem could be resolved without loosing any data. Hope you figure it out!

 

SOFT RESET

Method 01 – Press and hold down the power button for 10 – 15 seconds until your phone shuts down and reboots.

Method 02 – Try to remove your battery and wait for 1 minute. > Put the battery back and turn it on

 

HARD RESET

Step 01.  Turn off the device completely.

Step 02. Press and hold down Home + Volume Up + Power buttons at the same time until the Samsung logo comes up on the screen.

Step 03. You can release all buttons when the logo appears.

Step 04. Press the volume down button to navigate to wipe data/factory reset option and select it with the power button.

Step 05. Select Yes – delete all user data and then select reboot system now.
