We are sharing an instruction of how to perform hard reset & soft reset on OnePlus 2. If you perform hard reset, all of your data and settings will be lost, so please try to back up your phone if you have a lot of important data. Please make sure that your phone battery is charged more than 50%, others your phone might be turned off due to the less battery power. If you are ready to hard reset, let’s do it!
Soft Reset
Step 01. Press and Hold Down Volume Up + Power buttons at the same time until the OnePlus Logo appears on the screen.
Step 02. Now try to select wipe cache partition in the recovery mode with volume down button and select it using power button.
Step 03. When the wiping cache partition process is done, select reboot system now.
Hard Reset
Step 01. Press and Hold Volume Up + Power buttons together at the same time until the OnePlus logo screen comes up.
Step 02. You can release buttons when the logo appears. Now choose wipe data/factory reset option using the volume key and select it using the power key.
Step 03. When the process is down, select reboot system now.
