In the past several years, here in Canada, we found out that many people from different countries are struggling (maybe it is just little bit harder to use for them) with English version of Windows. Thankfully, in Windows 10, you can easily change your default system language. Not like before when you had to purchase Windows in different language. We know that some of you might be thinking to purchase a copy of Windows 10 in different language, but there is a easy & free way of changing it! You can change the Windows 10 display language to any languages like French, Turkish, Hebrew, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Arabic, and etc. Let’s get started!
How to change Windows 10 system language?
Here is how. First of all, click the Windows 10 start button in the bottom left. Let’s click “Settings“. In here, we can change and customize many things in Windows 10. Let’s look for “Time & Language“. Have you found it, click it. This is where we can configure and control all language input and output.
Then, on the left side menu, there are several items. Click “Region & language“. In here you can add more than one language or keyboard layouts. Click “Add a language“. You will see many languages for different countries. Just select any desired language to your Windows 10, and it will be added to your Windows 10.
After selecting your desired language, come back to the “Region & language” page. You will now see that the language you selected is listed here.
These are the languages that Windows 10 supports. We are very confident that you will find your own language in Windows 10. Anyways, when you click the language that you just added, it will show you several options like “Set as Default“, “Options“, and “Remove“. Click “Options“. Now, do you see “Download language pack“? Click the download button to download the language pack from Microsoft.
After the download is complete, Microsoft Windows 10 will install the language pack automatically. No more extra actions required. You will need to restart your PC to apply the new language pack.
