Can’t sign into App Store on your iPhone? or Mac? or iPad? or iPod? Seems like there is a bunch of apple users experienced this issue. This problem can be occurred by wrong settings or data corruption. There are three ways to solve this issues. First one is to sign out and re-login App Store. If old caches regarding your account have a problem, this issue could be happened. Second one is to correct data & time and lastly, we are going to reset network settings on your device. Hope you have figured out through those methods.
1. Sign Out from App Store & Re-Login to App Store
Step 01. Go to Settings > iTunes & App Store > Click on your Apple ID
Step 02. Sign Out from the App Store and then Re-Login to App Store. (Note. If you can’t login to iTunes on Macbook?, Try to sign out from iTunes Store and re-login to iTunes Store.)
Step 03. Try reconnecting to App Store on your iPhone or iPad or iPod.
2. Correcting Date & Time
Step 01. Go to Settings > General > Date & Time
Step 02. Turn On “Set Automatically”
3. Resetting “Network Settings”
Step 01. Go to Settings > General > Reset
Step 02. Tap on Reset Network Settings
I tried the first method and couldn’t log back in on my settings. Tried the second and third and still couldn’t.
What devide are you using ? Is it a cellphone ? or tablet ?

Why can’t I re log in or sign in to app store? If I put the pass and Apple id nothing happens…. I put the both right but nothing happens is doesn’t says that I’m sign in or log in to app store…
i has the same problem here. I use iPad Air, it suddenly can’t download new apps. I already signed out, but I couldn’t sign back in. Tried the reset network setting, changing the date and time, rebooting…but none of them worked. What should I do? Any other suggestion?
Backup everything using iTunes, and try the factory default of the iPad.

I am able to login to apple account via itunes and all that. But i cant login via my iphone, nor ipad. I think it has to do with “itunes in the cloud: manage device”, because right after i removed the device associated, i cant login via iphone and ipad.
I just found the solution, it is because i signed out of iCloud on my iphone. Go to settings, iCloud, Tap on your email address, and sign in, once you signed in there, go back to setting and tap “iTunes & App Store”, you should be good to go.
Hi.. I’m trying to get into my App Store but I can’t.. Everytime I go to featured it comes up blank, but when I go to everything else it ok.. CAN U PLEASE HELP ASAP..
Backup everything to your computer (iTunes) and try to reset the iPhone.
Your credit card needs to be updated.
I looked under the iCloud on my phone and my credit card was wrong. It doesn’t give you that warning through.
Thankyou thankyou thankyou, after wasting 3 hrs on other fixes yesterday, simply logging out and logging back in worked a treat.
I fixed mine by going to appleid.apple.com, logged in with the problematic ID and changed the “country” at the bottom right corner of the page to which the account is associated with. Then when I retried logging in to the app store using my iphone, it worked like a charm!!
Yohan, thanks. I tried all the above fixes to no avail. Per your suggestion I went to appleid.apple.com and signed in to my account. However the Country on my account was correct. So I went into my payment information and saw that my cards expiration date and 3 digit security code was missing for some reason. After re-entering those items I could then re-log into my Itunes/App store.
