Are you getting the error message “Unable to connect to the proxy server” even though your internet is working fine? or when you are launching Google Chrome Web Browser? Here are few things to resolve the issues. Please follow the instruction below to fix. Hope this instruction is helpful for everyone having the error message issue.
Step 01. Run Google Chrome
Step 02. Go to Settings > Keep Scrolling Down > Click Show Advanced Settings to see more options.
Step 03. Click on Change Proxy Settings under Network Category.
Step 04. Go to Connections tab > Click on LAN Settings.
Step 05. Uncheck the box to “Use a Proxy Server for your LAN”
Step 06. Click Ok to save.
Step 07. If you are still getting the error message, Try to reset your Google Chrome Web Browser. In order to reset the Google Chrome Web Browser, follow the steps below.
01. Run Chrome web browser and go to settings.
02. Scroll down on the settings page and click Show advanced settings… to see more options.
03. Click Reset Settings.
