I believe there is a bunch of people struggling with the error code 927 on Google Play Store when trying to download an application. The error code 927 is usually occurred when downloading apps due to data crash. There are three ways to solve this problem. First method is to clear all the data & cache regarding the Google Play Store and the Second method is to uninstall the previous updates. Only done the first step (Clear Cache + Data) now the play store doesn’t work at all, just comes up blank… thanks!
In that case, try to delete the app and re-install. Thank you.
Had the same error well downloading one app update. Turned off my phone’s wifi connection and went to 4G and the app update downloaded just fine. Never did any of your steps here at all. Choose mine first because a lot of the listed steps seem more of a waste of time and then more time to restore the Google Account.
The error occurs while downloading apps over the wifi network.
Thank You, It’s working for me
Hello, I have an Android Mi Box and I got the 927 Error Code when I tried to download the “Sling TV” app. However before I got this error, I had a power outage in my area. So after trying all the solutions above and nothing working…I called my Internet service provider and they reset my modem and then I powered off/ on the modem and waited till it rebooted. I then tried the download again and it worked. So if all else fails…reboot your modem.
This does not work. After I had the 927 error, I followed these instructions and now I get “Error retrieving information from the server[RH-0]. My wifi and internet works fine, this ONLY makes things worse!
Make sure that you are connected to Internet. Have you tried other solutions too? Try this: https://www.pntbrother.com/google-play-has-stopped-working-solution-for-google-play/
