Method 01. Clear all cache and data

Step 03. Go to “Google Play Store” and Select “Clear Data” & Cache to remove all the data regarding Google Play Store.

 

Method 02. Uninstall Previous Updates

Step 01. Go to Settings”  -> “Applications” -> “Manage Applications” and select “All”

Step 02. Go to “Google Play Store” and Select “Uninstall Updates” to remove all the data regarding Google Play Store.

Step 03. “Restart” your cell phone > Open Google Play Store and Check if you still get the error message.

 

Method 03. Unmount SD card

Step 01. Go to  Settings” on your cellphone  -> “Storage” -> “Unmount SD card”

Step 02. Now try to “download” or “update” the application that was causing a problem.

Step 03. Go to  Settings” on your cellphone  -> “Storage” -> “Re-mount SD card”
