1. All of P&T IT BROTHER's web hosting clients(who registered, paid, and using P&T IT BROTHER's web hosting services) are eligible to use our server resources(hard disk space, bandwidth etc) within their limits, and all clients must obey P&T IT BROTHER's terms and conditions of use.
2. P&T IT BROTHER has a right to ban clients or websites that contain: Adult material, Illegal material, Abused crons, Producing spam mails, Contents that produce unusually high bandwidth, Gambling contents, and any improper contents.
3. All of our web hosting services do not allow the following:
• Topsites
• IRC Scripts/Bots
• Proxy Scripts/Anonymizers
• Pirated Software/Warez
• Image Hosting Scripts (similar to Photobucket or Tinypic)
• AutoSurf/PTC/PTS/PPC sites
• IP Scanners
• Bruteforce Programs/Scripts/Applications
• Mail Bombers/Spam Scripts
• Banner-Ad services (commercial banner ad rotation)
• File Dump/Mirror Scripts (similar to rapidshare)
• Commercial Audio Streaming (more than one or two streams)
• Escrow/Bank Debentures

4. When P&T IT BROTHER detects a virus, spyware, or any other harmful scripts or software from client's files, and emails, P&T IT BROTHER can delete the files, and emails or suspend the client's account at any time.
5. When clients reach their bandwidth limit, the clients website will be temporary closed until they pay for extra bandwidth. Otherwise, the website will be closed until the end of the month it happened.
6. Backups are the sole responsibility of the clients. P&T IT BROTHER provides backup software to the clients, but does not guarantee the backup service from failure.
7. P&T IT BROTHER does not provide any support for third party software or programs. (e.g. WordPress, Joomla, and any other programs that developed by third parties.)
8. P&T IT BROTHER is not responsible for any damages, loss of files, information, and security leakage or any other disasters due to the negligence of our clients.
9. P&T IT BROTHER makes no representation, warranty or condition whether express or implied with respect to the clients negligence and hereby disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages.
10. The client must do a renewal before the end of the contract. Otherwise the account will be suspended. All the clients have 10 more days to pay renewal fee after the due date.
11. After a suspension, if you do not renew your service in 60 days, your service will be automatically terminated.
12. If there is no activities in the clients account for more than 6 months, P&T IT BROTHER can always terminate those inactive accounts.
13. For all of our web hosting services and packages, the clients have 14 days to refund(or cancel) from the registered date. For domain name purchase, it is not refundable.
14. All prices are subject to change without notice.

* Terms and Conditions of Use - Website Development, SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

1. You must agree and our Terms and Conditions of Use before you receive a web design service or a SEO service from P&T IT BROTHER.
2. You must deposit 50% of total amount (Total cost for a website development suggested by P&T IT BROTHER) prior to the website development process or prior to the beginning of a website development project.
3. You must pay another 50% of total amount (Total cost for a website development suggested by P&T IT BROTHER) before publishing a website online. Otherwise, the website will not be published online.
4. A website developed by P&T IT BROTHER, does not belong to you until you pay the full website development cost that both P&T IT BROTHER and you agreed prior to the website development. If you do not pay the full website development fee(Total cost for a website development suggested by P&T IT BROTHER), P&T IT BROTHER can terminate the website(or website development project) at any time without any prior notification(or your permission) to you.
5. When you cancel the website development contract after you signed the agreement, P&T IT BROTHER takes 25% of the first 50% deposit.
6. When you cancel the website development contract more than halfway through (or after the website is completed), P&T IT BROTHER takes the first 50% deposit.
7. When there are any extra services (web page, website contents, logo designs, domain name registration, web hosting service or any other services provided by P&T IT BROTHER) added during the project, P&T IT BROTHER will add the cost for the extra services to the total amount (Total cost for a website development suggested by P&T IT BROTHER or the full website development cost that both P&T IT BROTHER and you agreed)
8. When you receive P&T IT BROTHER's SEO (Search Engine Optimization) service, you must pay the full SEO service price or fee prior to a SEO (Search Engine Optimization) service.
9. There are two different payment types for all of our SEO services. One-time payment method (Pay the onetime price suggested by P&T IT BROTHER prior to the service) and monthly payment method (Pay for the SEO service at the end of the each month) When customers choose the monthly payment method for their SEO service, the minimum contract period is 3 months from the contract date, and customers may not cancel their SEO service within the first 3 months. Customers may request a cancellation of their SEO service after the first 3 months.
10. SEO (Search Engine Optimization) may not show the effective result right away. It may take at least 1 month to maximum 6 months.
11. SEO (Search Engine Optimization) service is non-refundable, and you may not cancel after a SEO service started or applied.
12. After a website development project is done, and published online, in no event shall P&T IT BROTHER or its suppliers be liable for any damages. (Including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,)

* Repair Service Policy

1. Every clients who received a computer repair service from P&T IT BROTHER must pay for the service instantly after the repair service.
2. There may be situations which we are not able to repair your computer.
3. You agree P&T IT BROTHER to install computer software like anti-virus and other necessary software on your computer to optimize or to repair your computer.
4. You agree to pay $45/hourly(in store) and $90/hourly(on-site) labor fee for P&T IT BROTHER's repair service. On-site labor fee is $80/hour for the first hour, then it is $45/hour after the first hour.
5. A repair service may take minimum 1 day to maximum 60 days depends on circumstances.
6. Once a computer repair service has performed, it is non-refundable.
7. All of our repair services, you have 7 days warranty. If same our clients have same problem again within 7 days after a service, P&T IT BROTHER will fix the problem without any charge.

* Warranty and Return Policy - Products

1. Every custom computers built by P&T IT BROTHER have 1 year warranty by P&T IT BROTHER from the purchased date.
2. All of our used & refurbished laptops and desktop computers have 30 days warranty.
3. Every desktops, laptops, netbooks, pads and other computers have their own manufacturer warranty. P&T IT BROTHER is not responsible for the manufacturer warranty.
4. Every unopened products (Computers, Computer parts, Actual products) purchased from P&T IT BROTHER have 7 days to return or exchange. After 7 days, you are not able to get refund(or exchange) on your product.
5. Opened products without original packaging or materials are not eligible for return. For opened products with original packaging or materials box, you have to pay 10% repacking fee to P&T IT BROTHER when refund or exhange.
6. If a product purchased from P&T IT BROTHER has damaged by customer's negligence or by natural disasters(earthquake, power surges, lightning strikes, etc), P&T IT BROTHER will not accept your return.
