Step 01. Please Right mouse click on This PC in desktop and select Manage
Step 02. In the left pane, Double click on Services and Applications to extend > Select Services
Step 03. In the right pane, Scroll down and find Windows Update. > Double Click on Windows Update.
Step 04. Click on Stop button under Service Status and Select Disable under Startup Type
