Hi!
Google Wallet updated a few days ago.
With the update, Google Play Store purchases go through Google Wallet.
If you have a Credit Card or Bank Account which is expired or inactive, it throws an error message to the Play Store.
I went into Google Wallet and deleted my expired Credit Card and Inactive Bank Account.
Google Play Store is now working!
I read about this on an Android Central Forum.
Check your Google Wallet to ensure your connected credit cards haven’t expired.
Good Luck!
I had this problem with my HTC M7. Play Station gave me the same error. I spent 1.5 hours on the phone with HTC with no luck.
I then called Google. The fix is simple. Settings- Apps – All – Google Play Store – Uninstall upgrade.
Boot your phone and you’re done.
I was getting the same error.resolved it by enabling the cookies.go to settings->privacy and security ->Accept cookies
