I forgot to renew my service before the due date

Even if you missed the due date, you can still pay within 10 days after your due date. (To make sure that you don't forget to renew your service, P&T IT BROTHER send you a renewal email 7 days before your due date.) If you do not make a payment after the 10 extra days, your account will be suspended.(Not terminated.)
