How do I renew my service?
- 7 days before the due date, or in 10 extra days after your due date, you will receive a renewal(or overdue) email from P&T IT BROTHER. If you read the email, you will see an invoice in pdf file format, also you will see a http link for your invoice like the picture below:
Click the blue link, and it will lead you to the client page of our Web Hosting Management page. After a login, you will be able to see your invoices.
If you can't find your due reminder email, then visit our "Web Hosting Management Page", go to "Client Area"(you will need to login first), then click "My Invoices" to see all of your invoices.
