How do I create, delete or modify a FTP account ?
1. Login to your cPanel (http://yourdomain.yourTLD/cpanel)
2. Find "FTP Accounts" under "Files" menu box
3. Click the "FTP Accounts" to access the FTP account setting web page
4. Now you can see, create, delete, and modify your FTP accounts
