Step 01. first, you need to back up all the data from your cell phone. Connect your Galaxy Note 4 to your computer. > Your computer will recognize your cellphone. > Go to My computer > Double click on the SD card that came from your cellphone. > Backup all the folders and files.
Step 02. Turn off your Galaxy Note 4
Step 03. Press and hold Home + Power + Volume Up button together at the same time.
Step 04. If the Samsung logo appears on the screen, Release only the Power button, Keep holding the Home and Volume Up button.
Step 05. If you are accessing to the Android System Recovery Mode, Now you can release all the buttons.
Step 06. Select Wipe Data and Factory Reset using volume buttons and then Press the Power button.
Step 07. Select Yes Delete All User Data and then Press Power button.
Step 08. Select Now system reboot and Press Power button.
