Fix – Cannot connect to iTunes store error message on Macbook Pro OS X?

Can’t “connect to app store” error message appears on your Macbook Pro OS X? Here is a simple solution fix iTunes store error message “cannot connect to iTunes store”.  Please follow the steps by image below.

 

01. Please make sure that your macbook pro Wi-Fi is connected to the internet.

 

02. Open iTunes and go to Preferences.

 

 

03. Locate to Parental tab and then check in the box to iTunes Store and Allow access to iTunes U. Click ok to save the settings and Close iTunes.

 

 

04. Open iTunes again and go to Parental tab. Now uncheck the box to iTunes Store and Allow access to iTunes U. Click ok to save and try to connect iTunes again.

 

05. Update your iTunes to the latest version.
