3 – In Windows Search, type “scanpst.exe”, and run the Outlook Inbox Repair Tool. If you cannot find the program, go to the following location to find:

4 – When you run the “SCANPST.EXE” program, it will ask you to choose an Outlook data file to fix. Open your Outlook data file and click “Start”. (the file is located in the folder that you found in step 1)
5 – The SCANPST.EXE will scan your Outlook data file, and it will attempt to fix if there is any errors.
6 – If the Outlook Inbox Repair Tool found problems, it will let you know. Go ahead and fix your Outlook data file.
