138 (net::ERR_NETWORK _ACCESS_DENIED): Unable to access the network

Method 01. Turn Off Every Anti-Virus Softwares

– First, Don’t forget to make sure your Internet connection has been connected, and then check if you have any Anti-Virus softwares installed on your computer such as Norton or any other Anti-Virus Softwares. If so, Please turn off the Anti-Virus Software.

 

Method 02. Firewall Settings

– Step 01. Go to Windows Menu > Type “Windows Firewall” > Click on “Allow an app through windows Firewall

 

Step 02. Click the Change Settings button.

 

Step 03. Click the Allow another app button.


 


 
 
Step 04. Find Google Chrome, then Click Add button. > Click Ok
