Step 01. Press and Hold the Power button for about few seconds to shut down completely.
Step 02. Press and Hold the Volume Up + Power button at the same time for few seconds.
Step 03. When the Logo appears, release only the Power button. Keep holding down the Volume Up button until you get the recovery mode screen.
Step 04. Select a language with the volume and the power keys.
Step 05. Select Wipe & Reset with the volume and the power buttons.
Step 06. Select Wipe All Data and select Yes.
Step 07. Reboot your phone when the process is finished. Now it’s done.
