Today, We are going to share how to set up hotmail account on your Macbook Pro Retina or Air. People usually visit hotmail website to check emails, but if you set up hotmail account on your Macbook, you don’t need to visit hotmail.com to check your emails. You can directly access your emails right away from your desktop by one click. Let’s get it started!
Step 01. Open Mail application from the Mac OS X dock.
Step 02. Go to Mail on the top menu and then Select Add Account.
Step 03. You will have many different email account options to choose. Gmail, yahoo and other emails are on the list but hotmail is not on the list, So We have to choose “Add Other Mail Account” option to add hotmail account.
Step 04. Once you selected the option, Some windows will pop up and ask you to type in some information regarding your hotmail account. Please fill out the blanks and Click on the Create button. Now it’s done. you can see your hotmail account just has been created on the left side.
