In most cases, the most simple thing you can try is resetting your iphone. Only do a reset when your iphone is not responding or you can’t start the device in normal ways.

• Grab your iphone, then “PRESS AND HOLD” both HOME BUTTON + POWER BUTTON on your iphone more than 10 seconds. Until you see the Apple Logo on your iphone. YOU ARE DONE ! Your iphone will restart. If it doesn’t please try the next step.

2. Try to do a DFU restore: “Before this restore, please backup your iphone, and install the latest iTunes”

• Connect your iPhone to your computer that has iTune installed.
• Turn off the iPhone while connected to the computer.
• Press and hold the power button and the home button together for 10 seconds.
• After 10 seconds, release the power button but do not release the home button. Keep pressing the home until the iTunes shows you a message like this: “iTunes has detected an iPhone in recovery mode. You must restore this iPhone before it can be used with iTunes.
• Now, you will see restore options on the iTunes. Click the restore button and proceed the restore.
