Here is an instruction of performing hard reset on HTC Desire 820G + dual sim. If your phone is running so slow or stuck at loading too often or getting an error messages, factory resetting could resolve your problem. Here are some important thing to do before starting hard reset.
- Please try to fully charge the device, otherwise your phone might be turned off during the process. It might bring serious software damage to your device.
- It’s always safe to create a backup file before hard resetting, because Hard resetting erases all of your data.
Step 01. Please make sure that your phone is completely shut down.
Step 02. Press and Hold Down Volume Down + Power keys at the same time and release all keys when the Android Robot icon comes up on the screen.
Step 03. Navigate to Factory Reset by pressing the volume down button and press the power button to select.
Step 04. It’s all done.
