How to make back up files on your iPhone 6 or Plus
Step 01. Here you have two choices. You can back-up through iCloud or your computer. To back-up through iCloud, go to Settings > iCloud > tab on Backup
Step 02. To backup through your computer, connect your iPhone 6 to your computer and open iTunes. And then Click Back Up Now button.
How to Reset to Factory Settings on iPhone 6 or Plus
Step 01. Go to Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings
Step 02. After reset your iPhone 6, it will ask you to restore from back-up files while setting up. If you want to restore from the back-up files (iCloud or your own computer), you can restore from the back-up files. If you don’t want to restore from the back-up files, you can just skip that part.
