iPhone 6 Screen not turning on ! Keeps Freezing ! – FIXED

My iPhone 6 is not responding! Stuck at Apple Logo! Troubleshooting!

Is your iPhone 6 is not working properly? Don’t Worry! We are here to share the solutions to fix the issues! It might be a simple fix, or serious issues than we are expecting. But we are going to try everything we can until the problem is resolved! There could be many reasons that causes those issues. One of the major reason can be a data crash and it could bring a serious issue into the system, such as phone is not responding or keeps rebooting problems. In order to fix the issues, we need to reset the system. There are many ways to reset the system. For examples, You can force to turn off and on the phone or you can awake the phone using the DFU mode. Anyways we are going to share some methods to figure the problem out. Please follow us step by step!

 

01. Soft Reset

If your iPhone is not turning on? or not responding with black screen?, Soft Resetting might resolve the black screen issue. Soft reset means, it’s forced to turn off and on the device. It’s good to perform when the device is not responding. In order to perform Soft Reset, Press and Hold the Power + Home buttons together at the same time until the iPhone turns on. If your iPhone is turned on and the Apple Logo appears on the screen, release all keys. Still not responding? Go to method 02.

 

02. Extra Charge

Screen still is not turning on even though perform soft reset? Maybe your iPhone battery is too low. Low battery could occur the black screen issue. Plug your iPhone into a power and try to charge it more than 30 minutes. With plug it in, try to turn it on. Still not responding? Try to perform soft reset as you’ve done on the method 01. Press and Hold down the Power + Home button until the Apple Logo appears on the screen.

 

03. Change Charging Method

If your iPhone is not charging properly? or has a battery issue? the problem might be your power serge protector or the power source that you are using. Try to charge your iPhone with a different power source. Another possibility is the charging cable. If you are using a third party charging cable, it might not work well. Try to use the OEM charging cable.

 

04. DFU Mode

If all of methods didn’t work for you, we recommend to put your iPhone into DFU Mode (recovery mode). In the DFU mode, we are going to update or restore the device. Here is an important thing to keep in mind. If update button is not activated or updating is failed, you have to restore the device. But restoring erases all of your data and settings. Accordingly, if you have important file, please be careful before starting to restore your iPhone. In order to boot into DFU Mode, please follow the steps below:

01. Connect your iPhone to a computer and Launch iTunes.

02. Go back to your iPhone. Press and Hold the Power + Home buttons together until you see the screen below.

 

03. Please take a look at your computer screen. If you get the message that is asking you to update or reset, try to update it first. (In some cases, the update button is not activated, then try to restore it.) If the device is failed to update, try to restore it. As mentioned above, restoring removes all of your data.
