MAC OS X
Step 01. Open Finder > Go > Go to Folder
Step 02. Type /etc and Click Go button.
Step 03. Find the file that called Hosts > Copy that file and paste it on your desktop.
Step 04. We are going to edit that Hosts file on the desktop. Open the file and Find the line called 74.208.105.171 gs.apple.com or 127.0.0.1 gs.apple.com at the very bottom and Delete this line. and then Save it.
Step 05. Locate the \etc folder again > Overwrite the hosts file that you just edited.
Step 06. Reboot your computer and Try to restore or update it again.
Windows 7 & Windows 8 & Windows Vista
Step 01. Locate C:\\Windows\System32\drivers\etc
Step 02. Find the file that called Hosts and Open the file as an Administrator.
Step 03. Find and Delete the line called 74.208.105.171 gs.apple.com or 127.0.0.1 gs.apple.com at the very bottom and then Save it.
Step 04. Reboot your computer and Try it again.
hello, I have some problem with my I phone 4s. Because at the last time, I was confused to update and now, it still in iOS 9.1 . so, I want to downgrade to iOS 7.1.2 or iOS 8.0 . when i restore on Itunes it solve some problem such as an unknown error occurred 9431 and 11. one more think I restore it on Imobilerestore. it’s was solve the message error unable to get APTicket from TSS request. please help me via the comment. thank you.
