01. Make sure your phone is turned off completely.
02. Press and Hold the Volume button.
03. While holding down the volume button, Press and hold the power button.
04. When the screen turns on, Release only the power button quickly and re-hold the power button.
05. Soon you will get the recovery mode. Please select Yes button using the volume down button.
06. It will ask you to reset to factory default again. Select Yes again.
