Does your Windows still good? Did you know that Microsoft Windows support expires? When will my Windows expire?
Hello everyone! It’s P&T IT BROTHER. Today, we are going to talk about Microsoft Windows. For us, we started using Microsoft Windows since Windows 3.1 version. At that time, we had a heavy(but small..) Samsung laptop with Windows 3.1 version loaded. How does it look like compare to the latest Windows 10? It will be hard to believe, but it is actually very similar to Windows 10! It has a Windows start button, and very similar interface. Anyways, that was our first experience of Microsoft’s Windows product. We really liked it. Now, let’s get to the main topic. After a huge success of Windows XP, Microsoft released many operating systems like Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, and Windows 10, but Windows XP was came out really well, and people loved it, and still, there are people using Windows XP right now, but as time goes by, things changed. With an old and outdated Windows XP, it is too dangerous for even basic web browsing. It is very easy to get spyware, and other harmful apps. There are too many risks. In fact that there are lot of bad guys trying to steal personal information online.. Microsoft releases security updates for vulnerability, and other updates that catch software glitches. Without these updates, is it not safe to use computer because most of you are always connected to Internet. So, here we have information on Windows lifecycle: (Information from official Microsoft website)
Microsoft Windows End of Support
Microsoft Says: End of support refers to the date when Microsoft no longer provides automatic fixes, updates, or online technical assistance. This is the time to make sure you have the latest available update or service pack installed. Without Microsoft support, you will no longer receive security updates that can help protect your PC from harmful viruses, spyware, and other malicious software that can steal your personal information
