How to Hard Reset

Step 01. Turn off your device completely.

Step 02. Press and Hold Down the Home + Volume Up + Power keys at the same time.

Step 03. When the Samsung Logo comes up the screen, Release only the Power key.

Step 04. Soon Android System Recovery Mode will appears. In that mode, Navigate to wipe data/factory reset with volume key and select it with the power key.

Step 05. Select Yes – delete all user data and then select reboot system now.

 

How to Soft Reset

Step 01. Press and hold the power button for about 10 seconds.

Step 02. Tab on Power Off.

Note. If it didn’t work, try to remove the battery and put it back.
