We are going share how to perform hard reset on Samsung Z3 smartphone. We have few important things to tell you before performing hard reset.
- Make sure your battery is charged more than 50%, otherwise your phone might be turned off while resetting.
- Back up your files before performing hard reset. (Hard resetting erases all of your data and settings)
- Do the soft reset first before the hard reset.
How to Soft Reset
Step 01. Press and Hold the power button for 5 to 10 seconds.
Step 02. Select Power Off.
How to Hard Reset
Step 01. Press and hold down the power button for 5 to 10 seconds to turn it off completely.
Step 02. Make sure your phone is completely shut down. If it’s turned off completely, Press and Hold Home + Volume Up + Power buttons at the same time for about few seconds.
Step 03. When the Samsung Logo appears on the screen, Release all buttons that you are holding.
Step 04. Select wipe data/factory reset option from the Android recovery option menu.
Step 05. Now select Yes – delete all user data and then choose reboot system now
