01First. Reboot your Modem and Router.
The basic thing you can do when there is a problem with Internet connection is to restart your modem and router. Today most of modems that come from your internet service provider equipped with built-in router, but some doesn’t. If your modem has a built-in router, you can just restart your modem only, but if you have a modem and a router separately, you have to restart both network devices. Turn off your your router and modem and leave for 5 minutes. Now turn on your modem first and then your router. If it’s not working please try the second method.
02Second. Check if you turn on the Airplane mode.
Today’s most laptops have a Airplane Mode feature and this feature disable all network functions. Some people turn on this feature by mistake. You might turn on that Airplane mode by mistake. Please make sure that turn off the airplane mode.
03Third. Renew your ip address.
Now we are going to erase current ip address and regain a new ip address. Here are the steps.
Step 01. We are going to access Command Prompt mode > Please go to Windows Menu icon at the left bottom > You can see Run or Search Bar. > Please type “cmd” in the search bar or through Run.
Step 02. Now type “ipconfig /release” in the Command Prompt mode and then type “ipconfig /renew“.
