Here is what to try to fix: (Follow this instruction to fix)

This method does not grantee 100% fix, but in our case, this is what we did to fix the screen flashing problem. The problem was the screen started to flash when we tried to click the Windows 10 start menu button.

TURNING OFF “Problem Reports and Solutions Control Panel Support” & “Windows Error Reporting Service” Windows services fixed our screen flashing issue.

1. To fix this, we had to run “msconfig” first. You can go to Windows search bar to type it or if you can’t, you can press “Ctrl”+”Alt”+”Del” together on your keyboard to run “Task Manager”, and go to “File” then “Run new task”. Here you can also type “msconfig” to run Microsoft System Configuration.

2. We did turn off few service in msconfig to resolve this screen flashing problem. Please click “Services” tab menu, and find “Problem Reports and Solutions Control Panel Support” & “Windows Error Reporting Service”. Once you have located them, remove check mark to turn off these services on next Windows 10 startup.

3. Click “OK” to close the msconfig. It will require a reboot. After a restart, the flashing screen issue was gone. We understand that this will not be the only solution for all people who have the screen problem, but we do wish that you can fix this annoying screen flashing problem of Windows 10.

If you have found a different fix, please share it here so we can update this blog post πŸ˜€ πŸ˜€ πŸ˜€ Hope this simple fix work for you.
